Trina Medarev is the President & CEO of the World Affairs Council of Jacksonville. Under her leadership, the Council has expanded its reach, hosting acclaimed speaker series, educational programs, and special events. Trina has been recognized as a Woman of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal and named the 2020 International Individual of the Year by the JAXUSA Partnership for support of international business growth in the Northeast Florida region. She has recently been selected as a member of Leadership Florida, joining Cornerstone Class 42. With her passion for exploring and learning about the world around her, Trina relished leading the Israel: Land of Cultural Treasures Tour in March 2020 as well as a Classical Mediterranean Cruise exploring Malta, Tunisia and Sicily in May 2024 via the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia’s acclaimed Travel the World program.
