Gordon G. Chang is the author of Nuclear Showdown: North Korea Takes On the World, released by Random House in January 2006. Showdown focuses on nuclear proliferation in general and the North Korean crisis in particular. His first book is The Coming Collapse of China (Random House, August 2001). His writings on China and North Korea have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Far Eastern Economic Review, the International Herald Tribune, Commentary, The Weekly Standard, National Review, and Barron’s.

Dr. Zhang Zhexin (Tiger) is a research fellow at the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies and Assistant Director of the Institute of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Studies, Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS). He is a non-resident fellow at the Charhar Institute of China. His research focuses on East Asian geopolitics, Sino-U.S. relations, and Chinese diplomacy. He is Deputy Editor-in-Chief of China Quarterly of International Strategic Studies, English editor of Cross-Taiwan Strait Studies, and senior editorial board member of the Journal of Political Marketing.

Knake
Senior Fellow, Council on Foreign Relations
Rob Knake is senior fellow for cyber policy at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). He is also a senior research scientist at Northeastern University’s Global Resilience Institute. Knake served from 2011 to 2015 as director for cybersecurity policy at the National Security Council. In this role, he was responsible for the development of presidential policy on cybersecurity, and built and managed federal processes for cyber incident response and vulnerability management.
