Join us to learn how Philadelphia influences international affairs, diplomacy, and culture around the world by meeting with on-the-ground experts in bustling Center City.  You will meet face-to-face with the region’s international affairs leaders and have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in intellectual discourse with the thought leaders of today.  You will see up close the work our Council does to further our mission of connecting Philadelphia to the world as well as meet fellow council members from all over our nationwide network.  We are ready to welcome you to our beautiful city!

Tour cost per person:

• $2,749 per person, plus airfare.
  • Double occupancy: $2,749, single supplement $600
  • Program only (no lodging): $2,049.

• Limited space without hotel accommodation.
• A deposit of $600 per person is required at the time of registration to confirm your reservation.
• Final Payment is due June 21st, 2024.
• 50% of the deposit is refundable up to June 21st, 2024. All cancellations must be submitted in writing before June 21st, 2024 to obtain a refund. No refunds will be provided for any reason after June 21st, 2024.

• Inside Philadelphia Tour 2024 registration fee includes a 4-night stay at the Logan Philadelphia (September 22 – 26, 2024), all local transportation within Philadelphia, 2 lunches and 2 dinners, venue entry tickets, and tips to guides and drivers.
• Inside Philadelphia Tour 2024 Program Only registration fee includes all local transportation within Philadelphia, 2 lunches and 2 dinners, venue entry tickets, and tips to guides and drivers.
• Program registration fees do not include other meals, incidentals such as laundry, room service, etc. and does not include airfare.
• Program participants must be able to walk up to ½ mile as buses are not always permitted to park within secure areas.

Additional terms & conditions:

• No credit for unused services.  We reserve the right to levy a surcharge and/or change the itinerary if it becomes necessary.  Meetings are subject to change due to unforeseen events and substitute speakers with a similar background may participate with lead-in time permitting.
• Participants are required to purchase travel insurance or sign a waiver stating they are aware their purchases are not covered by travel insurance.  The World Affairs Council will not issue any refunds after June 21st, 2024 for any payments applied to this event.
