She is involved in several organizations, including the Dallas Regional Chamber, North Texas Commission, and the U.S. Global Leadership Commission. Liz is a fellow with the Tando Institute and a member of prestigious groups like the Council on Foreign Relations. She holds an M.P.A. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from the University of South Carolina.
