Kristin is the Vice President of Education and is a first-generation college graduate from a family of Jamaican immigrants. Kristin holds a B.A. in English and International Studies from Wingate University and a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from Rutgers University. Kristin is a global educator and lifelong learner committed to advancing the next generation of globally minded youth in and around the greater Philadelphia region. In her current role, she oversees all of World Affairs’ youth programs, providing leadership and oversight over a suite of interactive role-playing conferences, exchange programs, and other exciting experiences that spark debate, discourse, and new perspectives on global and local issues. In 2021, Kristin was nominated for the AL DÍA ‘Women of Merit’ award, recognizing U.S. multicultural women in leadership. In 2022, she was named a Metro Philadelphia Education Power Player for her efforts to improve access to quality education, foster school-community collaboration, and support student success in Pennsylvania. In her free time, Kristin enjoys gardening, travelling, playing golf, camping, and playing keyboard for her church worship team.
