In 2016 the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, in partnership with WHYY TV and American Public Television (A.P.T.), created a refreshing approach with its television show, "The Whole Truth with David Eisenhower." With a baseline of civil, thoughtful, and enlightening debate on issues of the day, the World Affairs Council produced 5 seasons of this outstanding program. All episodes are viewable on our website. David Eisenhower

David Eisenhower, grandson of General and President Dwight D. Eisenhower, is a noted historian and the Director of the Institute for Public Service at the Annenberg Public Policy Center. He serves as a senior research fellow at the University of Pennsylvania's Annenberg School of Communication and is a fellow in the International Relations Department at the University. Eisenhower is the author of "Eisenhower: At War," which was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in history in 1986. Time magazine named it one of the five best nonfiction books of that year.
