As part of our mission to open doors between the Philadelphia region and the rest of the globe, World Affairs regularly hosts international delegations to engage with their professional counterparts in our region, as well as share their global expertise on critical issues of our time. The delegation will be in Philadelphia to examine legal aspects of modern warfare including court martial procedures, jurisdictional issues, war crimes investigations, protections for service members and cultural heritage.

The World Affairs Council of Philadelphia invites you to engage with international perspectives by learning more about Open World Program and engaging with local and global partners working to strengthen their communities.
