Arrival Information
The 2019 International Student Summit will take place at the Rutgers University-Camden's Student Center. The main entrance to the building is located in the main campus quad off North 3rd Street, just north of Lawrence Street.

Parking
Visitors may park in Lots C1, C2, C3, C14, City Lot 15 or City Lot 16 without permits. Guests must use the below link to register for the event.  Until this process is completed, their vehicles are not registered and your guests may receive a citation. Special event parking and special event permits are only for visitors to the University, which does not include free-metered parking.

Bus Drop-Off

Often guests travel to campus via school bus, shuttle bus or van.  To maintain safety and order please follow these drop-off guidelines.  If guidelines are ignored, vehicles may be ticketed.

  • Vehicles should follow directions (below) to Cooper Street.
  • Once on Cooper Street drive five blocks to Third Street; Turn right onto Third Street and look for RUPD Officer.
  • The Officer will direct busses to turn left into Lot C12 (211 North 3rd Street Camden, NJ 08102) where the drop-off occurs. This location is strictly for drop-off/pick up ONLY and will be strictly enforced. School buses can park on Delaware Avenue.

    Dress Code
    Students are required to attend the Summit either in school uniform or business casual attire. Gentlemen are expected to wear a tie but are not required to wear a jacket. Ladies are expected to wear dress pants or an appropriate-length skirt. No sneakers, jeans or athletic wear, please.

    Lunch
    There will be a working lunch during the program and so all student delegates and faculty advisers should plan ahead to bring a bagged lunch. The World Affairs Council of Philadelphia will provide a boxed lunch for all student leaders.
